Following new government guidance, we will be temporarily closing our showrooms in Belfast and Lisburn and body repair centre in Carrickfergus from Tuesday 24th March at 5:30pm, until further notice.

Are SERE dealerships open to the public?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we at SERE are following all government advice to safeguard our customers and employees and have decided to close our showrooms in Belfast and Lisburn and body repair centre in Carrickfergus from Tuesday 24th March at 5:30pm.

My car is due an MOT/Service/Repair can I still bring it to one of your garages?
At present, our garages are closed and we are unfortunately not in the position to offer customers our pre-MOT check or any of our servicing or repair services until we are fully operational once again.
The DVA have currently suspended most MOT tests for up to 3 months - more details can be found here.

I’m due to collect my new car in March or April, will I still be able to collect it?
We will aim to contact all of our customers with details on the purchase of their new or used car and arrange delivery where possible.
