This time they topped the customer satisfaction league table and were voted by their own drivers as the 2018 ‘Best Performing’ car manufacturer in the Honest John Satisfaction Index 2018.
Over 10,000 car owners took part in the nationwide survey and rated car brands based on a number of important aspects including overall comfort, fuel economy, reliability, practicality and performance. Drivers also rated their cars for ease of use, safety and build quality.
SsangYong drivers gave the car brand an impressive 90.3 per cent approval rating and commended the manufacturer for its reliable and practical cars that were both equally comfortable and easy to use.
