Stanley Says - Football, SEAT & A Big Well Done
What a few weeks it’s been in our ‘wee’ country Northern Ireland, from football to festivals to leaving or remaining – it’s safe to say it’s been an eventful start to summer 2016.
It’s certainly been busy here at SERE for both our Service and Parts teams in Belfast and Lisburn who have had some fantastic achievements amongst the team. First up, is our newly qualified service advisor Fiona Watterson who recently completed her SEAT Service Advisor Assessment Qualification. Fiona underwent rigorous tests including customer interaction assessments, brand test, IMI knowledge assessment and a written test. All Fiona’s hard work and commitment paid off and she was awarded with her official SEAT service advisor certified pin and £100 SEAT reward card by SEAT Area Manager Roy Chunn. Lisburn Service Advisor Steven Green also completed this qualification earlier in the year, so a big congratulations to both members of our team.
In other service related news, this week our Belfast Service Manager, Joanne Thompson and SEAT Parts Manager David Hawthorne were acknowledged for their hard work and dedication to the SEAT brand for 15 years and 10 years service and were awarded a SEAT certified pin hand-delivered by our SEAT Area Manager.
It’s only fair to end this blog with a tremendous well done to the Northern Ireland Football Team from all of us here at SERE Belfast and Lisburn. Thousands of supporters welcomed the NI team home at the FanZone down at the superb Titanic Quarter location with plenty of renditions of ‘Will Grigg’s On Fire” and “We’re not Brazil, We’re Northern Ireland” – it was great to hear such fantastic support from the Northern Irish fans.
