Recognising Excellence Across SERE
The Northern Ireland Motor Industry Awards celebrate the achievements, resilience and dedication of motor retailers and professionals across Northern Ireland’s automotive industry.
Being shortlisted in four different categories makes this year’s recognition particularly special for us, highlighting several important areas of the SERE business. Our Customer Service (Franchised) nomination recognises our continued focus on providing customers with a high standard of service throughout their journey with SERE, from choosing their next car to returning to us for servicing and aftersales support. Being shortlisted for EV Dealer reflects our commitment to supporting customers as the automotive industry continues its transition towards electric. Our teams are on hand to help drivers understand their options and make choosing an electric vehicle as straightforward as possible. Our Sales Team nomination recognises the people at the heart of our dealerships, while being shortlisted for Dealer Group is recognition of the wider SERE operation and the teams working together across the business.
A Team Achievement
While there are four awards up for grabs, each nomination ultimately comes back to the people behind SERE. From our sales and aftersales teams to customer service, administration, marketing and everyone working behind the scenes, it takes a collective effort to deliver the experience our customers have come to expect from SERE Motors. We’re incredibly proud to see that work recognised by an independent judging panel and to be shortlisted alongside some of the very best businesses and professionals in Northern Ireland’s motor industry.

The winners will be announced at the 2026 Northern Ireland Motor Industry Awards on Friday 6th November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza, Belfast, bringing together motor retailers and industry professionals from across Northern Ireland for the annual black-tie awards ceremony.
Whatever happens on the night, being named a finalist in four categories is already something we’re incredibly proud of.
