We’re committed to providing the best possible Renault service work. We also fully understand that you’d like the peace of mind about the condition of your vehicle. That’s why we will email you a complimentary health check video of your car, so you can see it for yourself.

Dirty car? No problem. We’ll give your car a gentle, thorough clean whilst it’s in with us. The same goes for the interior, which we’ll vac out and wipe down. This is a complimentary service. Prefer to opt-out? That’s no problem either. Just let us know. *applies to serviced cars only.

All customers are offered a courtesy car as part of any service. Just call us to book your car in and we’ll do the rest. You’ll have the courtesy car for the whole duration of any work and you’ll be covered under our own insurance policy. *administration/fuel charges apply.

Convenience is a big part of the SERE experience. If you would rather we collect your Renault and deliver it back to you when the work is done, that’s fine with us. We’ll collect and deliver within a 5-mile radius of our showroom. We also offer a lift to the city centre. How convenient is that?

Both our showrooms in Belfast and Lisburn have free Wi-Fi. This ensures you can stay connected if you choose to wait while your vehicle is with us. Feel free to grab a hot drink and check out the latest news on your phone. Our WiFi is free for all customers.

SERE Motors is a main Renault dealer, so we only ever use genuine parts to service and maintain your car. All Renault genuine parts come with a 2-year warranty, and we stamp our labor with a 1-year warranty for complete peace of mind.
